Refund Policy

TaxDuck is $5 per tax year. We want you to feel great about that spend, so our refund policy is deliberately simple.
Full refund, no questions asked
If you're not happy with your report for any reason, email support@taxduck.com.au within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund the full amount to your original payment method. Refunds usually clear within 5 business days.
What a refund does
- Returns the $5 to your card.
- Revokes access to the full itemised report for that tax year.
- Leaves your account and any other paid reports untouched.
Consumer guarantees
Nothing in this policy limits the consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which apply regardless of the 14-day window.
